Excellent hotel,very welcoming staff. Public areas..bar/reception etc nice and spacious ,very modern. Our room was good with comfortable beds,excellent shower and very clean. Did not feel the air con was doing a great job even on maximum power. For us Brits some English breakfast tea and milk would be nice on the hospitality tray. We did ask for tea and milk but got Earl Grey and coffee creamer! No big deal. There is a tesco express located within the same building as the hotel. Good location for tram stop or a 30-40min stroll by the river to the main square. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this fabulous city.

Brilliant hotel. Excellent location, far enough from the old town to avoid the noise, but close enough to access all the best attractions and then escape quickly and conveniently. The trams are brilliant, easy to hop on/ off, run 24 hours a day and from the hotel the service is great. Hotel food (breakfast) was really nice, and varied- all tastes accommodated. Hotel staff were awesome, really helpful and full of useful tips. For example, definitely worth buying a 24 hour tram pass from Reception to open up the city. Note there’s a nice, rarely used gym and terrace on 6th floor - most of the time, in the evenings, we had the terrace to ourselves! We would love to come back here!

I visited Prague in February 2024 and had the most perfect stay at the Hermitage Hotel. I visited using Jet2 city breaks. The hotel was super modern and clean with the most friendly staff members. Breakfast was included with my stay and there was so much choice, something for everyone. My room + bathroom was very clean with fresh towels each day. Breakfast + bar staff were very friendly and reception staff very helpful with good recommendations of Prague. There’s a little Tesco on the corner next to this hotel which was also convenient. Very easy to get around Prague and you can get metro tickets from reception. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting Prague. Many thanks to you all.
